We take pride in every stem we select. Because we work with living products, nature occasionally has its own plans. If your flowers don't meet our standards of freshness or quality, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or a store credit.

1. Substitution Policy

While we always strive to match the photos on our website, floral inventory depends on seasonal availability and farm yields.

  • Flowers: We reserve the right to substitute specific blooms with others of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall color palette and style of the arrangement.

  • Vases: If a specific vessel is out of stock, we will use a similar style and quality.

2. Delivery Protections

We want your gift to arrive safely. To help us, please ensure the recipient's address and contact number are accurate.

  • Failed Delivery: If the recipient isn't home, our drivers will look for a shaded, secure spot to leave the flowers. If no safe spot exists, we will contact the sender to arrange a redelivery (a small fee may apply).

  • Weather Extremes: In cases of extreme heat (above 90°F) or freezing cold, we will not leave flowers outdoors. We will contact the recipient to ensure someone is home to receive them.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

  • Event & Wedding Decor: Due to the custom sourcing required, these orders require a 14-day cancellation notice.

  • Non-Refundable: Once an order has been designed or is out for delivery, we cannot offer a refund.

  • Secure Checkout: We use industry-standard encryption to ensure your credit card details are never stored on our servers.

  • No Spam: We only use your contact info for order updates. We won’t sell your data to third parties—ever.

Flower Care Tips

To get the longest life out of your arrangement, we recommend:

  • Hydrate: Change the water every two days.

  • Trim: Give the stems a fresh 45° snip when changing water.

  • Placement: Keep them away from direct sunlight, drafts, and ripening fruit (which releases gases that make flowers wilt faster!).
